embodiment

Embodiment is a self promotional piece, using advanced Director and QuickTime techniques to create a highly interactive, dynamic compositional space.

Embodiment combines a number of "pseudo" three-dimensional strategies to create a dynamic compositional space. QuickTime is used in a variety of ways for most of the content, while Director is used to create the sense of three dimensional space through blurring and scaling of bitmaps.

Embodiment is easy to use. You click and drag anywhere on the screen to rotate the world view. Spinning an object into the central area activates it. Spinning a topic title into an empty speech balloon presents that topic content.

Embodiment requires a fast processor and hard-drive to run effectively. It runs acceptably on a 120Mhz 604 PowerMac, but the faster the computer, the better it looks. A Pentium 166 would be the minimum Wintel spec computer.
